Funny, Humorous Cake topper

This is the cake topper that I like. Funny thing is that women of today is so empowered that we are the one doing this to guys. Instead of the other way around. We are now in control.....

This one is called the reluctant groom. I could not remember where I got this one. I was cleaning my files and found this in one of my save files from long time ago.

this cake topper is giving me an idea how to create a story about it. I got it!!!!!!!! I will post it on my next blog. I will stop here for now then

this one is called the stiff. funny ha..ha...
This one is the best it seem like the guy is somewhat exhausted and yet still wanting to get away. So, it seem that the guy is not really want to get hitch yet.

I can't seem to get this humor bride carrying groom and calling for help?
This one is so funny, but the humor is not to my liking though. Nonetheless it is funny.

Idea for cake topper that I really like. I like this one it so humorous and I like the way the bride is so nonchalantly smiling back at the groom trying to escape.

Unity Candle

This is the initial unity candle that I decided to use. I am still partial with this one. I like that the fact that it is unlike any other.
The Pillar candle were purchased once again from WalMart for $2 and the pillar candle holder I got them from Ross it is a a lead crystal for $7. The unity candle is a unit that I got from Target sales rack for $10. Over all I spent only $19 for my unity candle. Compare to the traditional $25 and over unity candle.

This is the traditional white color unity candle. Simply using the same base that I have from my initial unity red color candles. The pillar candle cost about $1.98 each @ World Market, the Pillar candle is $10. Just the candle it cost me $13.96. Now, this is a somewhat partial DIY type, because I did not make my own candle but I am saving my self a bunch of money by simply using what is out there that is not marketed for wedding.
My advise is, if you are planning your own wedding simply shop around and use your imagination and get ideas from other creative brides. You know what you want simply alter the ideas or copy their idea and add a little of your own creativity and there you have it.

Centerpiece Idea #1

CENTER PIECE IDEA
Centerpiece Idea #1
The height of the vase is 11" and 3" in diameter. It cost about $1.79 @ WalMart. Candles are 3" ht. and it is $0.98 each. Filler were a potpourri at $2.29 a bag which, could fill three of this vase.
Pros: It is cheap to put it together and would look simple and elegant (I think).
Cons: My MOH vetoed it and she is on the hunt for a different look.
