1. Wear a comfortable clothing and shoes
2. Bring a pre-adhesive address or address label; so that it would saves you time to write down your name and address each time you fill out a form.
I am not discouraging any brides not to fill the forms that each vendors asked you to "fill out," I am only stating the fact that these forms are simply a mailing list forms and way for the vendors to market their products. You have a choice to either fill them out or gracefully decline it.
3. Bring your bridal party, mother or even your fiance. To simply get their point of view of certain vendors and since bridal showcase can be overwhelming. The vendors pay especial attention to those girls that has a sticker on them that say "bride".
4. Collect all information from all the vendors that you think you might need to use for your wedding events.
These list above was what the expert noticed seemed important to point out that time. However, having been to a bridal show my self I find that;
1 following the above list helped me to prepare me to what to expect on what a bridal show would be.
2 I brought my digital camera on the bridal show and took snap shot of some table settings and
this picture is a sample of a table setting I took a snap shot of. I don't know which vendor set this up to give credit to.
Setting: gold table cloth, centerpiece is an Eiffel tower on a circular mirror with glass pebble scattered. I love the gold charger too.
3. I brought along with me are list of questions that I could asked specific vendors that I might hire for my wedding. Bridal shows is an event where group of vendors were conveniently located in one place to make life and choice easier for the brides to interview and check all local would be vendors to their wedding. ( I booked my ceremony and reception site @ the bride show.)
The truth is we tentatively reserved at least 4 sites at the wedding show and we set an appointment date and check the site and made our choice. Making a tentative reservation varies from vendor to vendor. I did not pay any deposit at the bridal show when I tentatively reserved my sites.
4. I suggest that you should collect all brochures and other price list that the vendors from the bridal shows might offer or give you.
Get at least 2 bags to place all most likely vendors brochure in a one bag and the least likely vendor on the other bag.
With the brochures that I have collected for the least likely vendors, I simply give it a once look over and cut out information that I might think will be useful for me or someone else, other than that I throw them away once I was done.
This is one of the bouquet that i love and seen easy to do and simple yet still look elegant. However, this is made by the Aloha floral this is a brides maids bouquet and cost $70-80.
