The Cake Idea

I like this cake idea, the stand and the cake it self too. I am not very particular about the pinch ribbon though. The insight that i got from this photo is that it looks to simple and so raw, all i need is a dash of creativity and inspiration and we have a cake.....
This cake is so simple and yet elegant. Looking at the cake style it appears that this is of a Japanese style. Luv this one.

I like this wedding cake. I don't know who made it but it is so different than those traditional wedding cakes that we all see on TV, Internet and bakeries that specializes in wedding cake. It looks like a cheese cake wedding cake and simple.

This somewhat similar to my idea but it would be rectangular with much better decoration.




I look high and low to have a photo to post on my blog. Then I found this cake from freedsbakery. As a DIY bride and many other bides out there, I had this idea in mind. Some what similar but totally different. Knowing that a designer cake is so expensive. So, I was thinking of having a sheet of cake made in different size and with a different color of icing, and design in a tier, and design it to make the presentation look good and elegant. I wish I could find a time to create one. Once I am done with my wedding I might make one for my post wedding celebration for my work since I will not be able to invite them all.
